Located just east of the Blue Ridge Mountains, our farm began with the desire to raise top-quality beef from the highly sought-after Japanese Black Wagyu breed while keeping local small farm values. We offer a variety of cuts to local chefs and top-rated restaurants and through our online store. Our mission is to slowly grow our herd and continue to feed the growing demand for high quality Wagyu in the Northern Virginia and D.C. area.

Our cattle are pasture raised utilizing planned rotational grazing practices creating the best nutrient-dense grass for our cattle
to graze on.
We raise 100% Full-Blood Wagyu, primarily from the Japanese Tajima bloodline, the only line that can qualify as Kobe beef in Japan.
We focus on quality over quantity by raising a limited herd size. This allows us to take greater personal care of each cow, resulting in the highest quality end product.
