Full-Blood Black Wagyu: 

The NY strip is a another Steakhouse favorite and for a reason. It's popularity and well deserved name date back to the mid 1800's where the New York City restaurant named Delmonico's gained widespread noteriety for serving this delicious steak to patrons that were lucky enough to dine there.


While it surely is a tasty cut that many delight in, the Full-Blood Wagyu version of it is considerably more delicious and something that the Chefs of Delmonico's could only dream of serving in their time.
